Jacob Smith

I am a 4th year undergraduate student of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri. I have worked as a research assistant in Dr. Salim’s National Center for Explosion Resistant Design, and am currently a research assistant working in Dr. Giraldo’s Computational Mechanics and Optimization Laboratory. I am involved in the additive manufacturing, post-processing, and testing of topology optimized structures, as well as in the modification of machines for soft-matter printing.
